Our résumé writing and career services staff is led by Robert H. Johnson, B.A., M.A., JCTC, a nationally certified career coaching professional who is also one of the best-known résumé writers in the United States, especially within the southeastern U.S. and the state of Florida. He was a Charter Member of the Professional Résumé Writing & Research Association (PRWRA) and served as Representative of Region Five (Florida) for the PRWRA. He has also held memberships in the Professional Association of Resume Writers (PARW) and the National Résumé Writers Association and was a featured speaker at the NRWA's Year 2000 national conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mr. Johnson brings to the table over 2 decades of hands-on experience encompassing corporate sales and recruiting, career counseling, career transition coaching, agency job placement, corporate outplacement and résumé writing. He has personally written over 11,000 résumés, and delivered individual career counseling to more than 8,000 clients. Mr. Johnson is also the author of 5 books offering focused career transiton resources for specific economic communities.

Mr. Johnson earned his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services/Counseling, from Mercer University, and graduated with highest academic distinction (summa cum laude) from the Master of Arts degree program at California State University (Dominguez Hills), Los Angeles, and was elected to Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest scholastic honor society. He is also a member of the Association of Job Search Trainers (AJST), a national organization of professional career counselors dedicated to the principles of Self-Directed Search (SDS), as well as the National Career Development Association (NCDA).

Dr. Gaylynn Lankford is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), its highest professional designation. She has over 15 years of hands-on experience in reviewing and evaluating job applicants. She has a keen insight into what employers value most in a résumé. Dr. Lankford brings to the résumé writing process the all-important perspective of the potential employer, and knows both the language and the strategies for winning job interviews. She is particularly strong in the medical and telecommunications career fields, having worked in human resource management for a major metropolitan hospital and a cable/Internet company now owned by AT&T.

Dr. Lankford is a published author and was honored for her writing prowess at the 2000 Biennial Convention of the National League of American Penwomen in Washington, D.C., receiving the John Rea Memorial Journalism Award for her career articles. She is also a lifetime member of Phi Kappa Phi, the oldest national scholastic honor society in the United States, and has been listed in "Who's Who Among Executive Women," and "International Who's Who of Entrepreneurs."

Gaylynn earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration, having earlier earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She has taught both undergraduate and master's level courses at two major universities.
